Having been in the Telecommunications industry for over 35 years and served on multiple community organizations it is a rare experience to encounter an individual as exceptional as Mr. Grace. If not for Mr. Grace’s management and skill set the SSCSD would not run as efficiently as it does today. His ability to present matters in a concise manner, interact with all levels of personel and anticipate a need and keep one step ahead has resulted in a very productive and well-run water treatment plant. It has also garnered Mr. Grace the respect of myself, the entire SSCSD Board and Staff. Mr. Grace defines “grace under pressure” and will be an asset to any company.
